Excellion Capital originates a £1,300,000 mezzanine loan

Excellion Capital successfully originated and arranged a £1,300,000 mezzanine loan. The loan is secured via a second charge against a residential development in Belsize Park, London comprising 17 units (1 house and 16 apartments) located less than 10 mins walking distance to Belsize Park and Chalk Farm tube station.

This development is fully permitted from a planning perspective and construction is already well advanced. The asset is being developed by an established real estate development group that and have been involved in many projects of a similar size and scale to this scheme.

The purpose of the loan is to cover costs associated with the upgrade of the specifications of the development in addition to other group purposes.
