Fintex Capital’s mission is to transform the way institutional investors access alternative credit platforms.

Fintex was created in 2015 to originate, structure and manage bespoke alternative credit portfolio investments for professional investors with an institutional mindset. Its aim is to deliver capital preservation, consistent income and superior risk-adjusted returns.

To manage its investments, Fintex Capital employs proprietary risk management tools, developed in-house. The firm’s centralised risk management systems enable the team to closely track the performance of each individual loan and provide sophisticated monitoring, reporting, valuations and projections for each portfolio to a top-class standard.

Fintex was founded by Robert Stafler and Jérôme Anglade, two veterans in the marketplace lending arena. Our team has years of experience in consumer finance, real estate and SME lending, as well as an in-depth understanding of structured credit and securitisation markets.

Fintex was specifically designed as an issuer of bonds and other debt instruments that investors are intimately familiar with.

Our aim is to take P2P lending ‘mainstream’ among institutional investors by making it as easy and hassle-free as possible for them to invest on the marketplaces they like.

We provide a missing link between Europe’s leading lending firms (incl. marketplace lending platforms) on the one hand, and global capital markets on the other.

Fintex develops sophisticated risk management tools. These are developed in-house and enable us to track the performance of each underlying loan and each portfolio in fine detail. Thanks to our proprietary technology we can manage risk pro-actively and provide intelligent reporting and projections.

Fintex Capital is one of the very few sophisticated institutional investors dedicated to alternative credit in Europe. Our focus includes, but is not limited to marketplace lending platforms.

This makes Fintex unique.
