Founded in 2007 in London by Robert Stafler and Raffael Johnen, our work has spanned the globe. Over the years, Excellion has advised and invested in companies and assets based in the UK, Germany, France, Poland, USA, Iceland, India and Israel. Since early 2013, Robert is the group’s sole CEO. He now leads the firm’s real estate activities together with Ashley Marks.

Geographically, the UK is our priority. Whilst our team is as international as our client base, our focus has, over time, shifted towards UK real estate. That said, we have also successfully completed several handpicked real estate debt advisory assignments and investments on the European continent.
Our team has a combined 100+ year professional track record, gained in the world’s leading investment banks and institutional investment houses, including JP Morgan, AXA Real Estate Investment Managers, Cazenove and Royal Bank of Scotland. The diversity of our team’s backgrounds and experiences is invaluable and helps us forge close and meaningful long-term relationships with clients and partners.
