Our mission is to provide attractively priced debt funding secured on well-located property to borrowers who value long term relationships. Our lending products include senior secured lending as well as second charge (mezzanine) lending and “stretch senior”.  We take a selective approach and lend only against high quality UK assets.

Our primary focus is on senior and stretch senior loans. Our senior loan product is a low-cost alternative to more expensive bridge loans. We can also offer our borrowers longer term loans than bridge lenders typically make available.
